Understatement hype, Part II.


What did I tell you? Those traditional polite, disapproving words are today's extreme hype.

Pat Robertson says the U.S. should assassinate the president of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez. Vintage Robertson. The boy's five million brain cells short of a lobe. Gives all Christians a bad name.

A State Department spokesperson says Mr. Robertson's statements are "inappropriate." Could you tone it down a little, Jack?
